This thing is brutally buggy. I edited sounds on it for an hour, saved them, changed setting and all my edits were gone. That kind of thing. The software is basic and glitchy. Things like edit undo don't even work properly and there is really no capability in the software.
Almost all of the presets completely suck and are made up of pop. I just want to make my own sounds and its too glitchy to do that. Avoid.

This is a hoot to work with. If you're a song writer and need to get an idea down, it's perfect. Very intuitive - you almost don't need the manual. However the downloadable pdf is very helpful. The fact that you can control your harmony with a guitar or midi makes this unit very powerful. It sounds great. A bit pricey and yet for what you get - worth it.
