Double Trouble
A second guitar is a must-have on stage or in the studio. But in transit, carrying two guitars has always been a necessary evil. We set out to design an elegant solution to this problem. Our driving criteria was to offer each guitar the same protection as our single M80 hybrid case. After a year of prototyping, the Z-form design was perfected and patented. The end result is an incredibly light weight, extremely rugged double hybrid case. A first of its kind.

Z-form
This "zig zag" design creates a completely separate case for each guitar. That means both headstocks are protected with our Headlock feature and strap pin bumpers. It also means the M80 Dual can be used with 1 or 2 guitars - something you'll appreciate on the road. The Z-form design allows for immediate access to either guitar as well. The first guitar is accessed on the left side of the case, while the second guitar slots into the right side.

City-proof Construction
High-tech materials and triple reinforced stitching make for an extremely durable product. The M80 Dual Electric case features a waterproof outer shell, steel riveted handle and shoulder straps, industrial rubber "sole" and piping, and oversized ergonomic zippers. Wear it well.

Outside Features
- Hybrid case design with ABS head and body impact panels
- Waterproof Sharkskin shell with industrial rubber sole and piping (PVC-free)
- Clip/Tuck strap system w/ chest harness for on-the-fly 1 or 2 shoulder carrying
- Specialized upper and lower gear pockets with built-in cable management
- Steel rivet reinforced handle and shoulder straps
- Animal free

I bought this bag in July before my band and I went on tour across western Canada. It held up great and I had zero issues. It was tossed in a trailer with all the other gear and fell over with both guitars inside several times due to me not paying attention. Both my guitars were perfectly fine after 2 weeks on the road. It is heavy with 2 guitars inside but I'll take the convenience of one case. The straps are nicely padded so it really wasn't too bad going from the trailer to the venue. The storage in it was pretty cramped with all my string changing stuff, neck cradle, bulky leather strap, and extra strings. If that's an issue I would get the tick to go with it. If you're interested but the high price is keeping you away it's worth every cent. I highly recommend for anyone who needs 2 guitars and is doing a lot of traveling with them!

Bought this bag for a Bluesbird and a back-up (usually a Strat) for my bar band gigs. It's pretty handy, and I've found that instead of being lazy and just taking one guitar, I don't mind carrying two when it's so convenient. A warning though, when loaded with two guitars, it isn't light. I don't mind because I'm used to carrying PA gear, however for some, the weight might be an issue. There are quite a few places to carry and organize spare strings, cables, biz cars and so on. All around quality is good, but I kinda feel the zippers are a bit funky. They work just fine, just not the way my many other gig bag zippers work (I have Godin, Levy...). I'm going to contact Mono to see what's up, if I hear back I'll update. Overall it's a great case, but I find that I keep it on stage now, because I'm afraid someone's going to steal it - it costs as much as some offshore guitars!
