Q & A
Question: How easy is this for bending notes? - asked on Nov 26, 2024
Answer: It's pretty easy to bend with this harmonica. It's not the same quality as the more expensive Blues Harp but it's good to start on. - answered by Ron Elliott, Kingston, Ontario

Paid $3, 20 years ago. It been my travel companion ever since. It's in my pocket, on the dash or in the glove box. A daily player. It's still fine. At this price point quality is a dice roll, so I don't dispute the other reviews.
I keep harps like this as backup to my performance harps.

If you are a beginner, start with something better like a Special 20. It took less than an hour to feel limited by the Bluesband. Then you'll buy a '20 anyhow. Holes 4-7 worked reasonable, the rest not good at all.

get what you pay for, 6 dollar harmonica. sounds alright but after a bit of hard playing some holes sound off and when being bent, great for someone wanting to get into playing harp without breaking the bank or for a gift for a kid
