Description
The EQ Pad is an adjustable bass drum muffler that enables control over attack and sustain. A hinged damping pad bounces off the head upon impact, allowing some minimal resonance before returning to full damp the head.

Question: What does it use to remain in place and not slide away in larger bass drums? Hook and loop? Double-sided tape?

Answer: Yes, those exemple can work , you could also use: Velcro Canada VELCRO Brand SKU: # 326036 Model: # V90943 -- sew one piece on the item and glue the other piece to the bass drum interior !

Great way to have the proper dampening level without killing the sound. The shell can produce a more focus sound with better volume.

In my opinion stuffing sheets or pillows into the bass drum just makes it sound like crap. It needs a little room to breath that's why this pad is perfect for dampening. A must have for any drummer.
