The stand is heavy, heavy, heavy; a solid boulder, and well-planted. The quality is what i expect amd appreciate from Gibraltar. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite have the firm grip on my Remo djembe that I was hoping for, and it isn't quite the same as the stand in the Remo product demonstration videos. Still, nothing a good ol' Canadian Tire bungee cord can't fix!
