Get More Grip! Added length and a fat tip for maximum power, weight and durability. The DIP material is a special coating that is applied to the grip area of the stick to provide a comfortable, slightly tacky gripping surface. This allows drummers to loosen their grip and relax their hands more, particularly in sweaty playing situations. The DIP coating also offers the drummer or percussionist an alternative striking surface.

Good sticks, very well balanced and a nice grip. The problem, is that the coated grip on the stick doesn't last all that long. I played them for about a month of and on, and the grip started to peel off. While the grip stayed on, they were awesome sticks to play.

I have been playing these sticks since they were released, they have great durability and the grip is fantastic! Buy them by the brick great value. I have used and tried many different brands as I am pretty hard on my sticks and these have passed the test and then some, I highly recommend at least trying a pair, they do not disappoint.
