I have MANY of these straps, various designs, and knowing how to GENTLY work the hole is not much of an issue to me. On some I will cut a small amount of the leather out using side cutters, or work it repeatedly OFF the guitar, to get it on. No idea how someone could have an issue with this. #firstworldproblems ?

You would think that a strap maker would know how big to cut the slots so you could actually use the strap but No! Instead you should have to cut and size it yourself or risk damage to your guitar or bass trying to get it on! In 48 years I have never had to do so much to just a strap! If this is what they think is good quality then I am out! Boo! No more Perri's straps for me after this unnecessary B.S. Be careful if you get one with a similar issue. Don't force it or you will do some damage. And no I didn't force it on mine but for a strap this was way too much effort! Ridiculous!
