Jazz Bass DOES NOT FIT

Decent enough case for the money, but it does not fit my Squier VM Jazz, nor did a Fender MIM Jazz tried by an L&M employee during a phone call today fit one there either. Either Greg's Jazz bass is different than the other two which I mentioned in some way, or his case is different. The rectangular economy Yorkville bass case for the same price DID fit the MIM Jazz bass tried by the L&M employee though, and I expect that a Precision bass and many smaller basses would fit into the teardrop case, in fact I have had a Schecter in mine, as well as a couple of short scale solid body basses. FYI, there also ARE some rectangular cases which fit only a P bass or only a J bass, but not both basses. So best try before you buy. Cheers!

Surprised a Jazz Bass fits

I bought mine originally for my Player Precision Bass which fits perfectly and is very easy to carry due to the teardrop shape. I recently added a Player Jazz Bass and to my surprise it just fits in this case. I thought at first the Jazz would be too long but there’s about a half inch of clearance at the headstock. I also like that it has 4 latches instead of the usual 3.

Great case for a Fender Electric XII

I wanted a hard case to replace the “deluxe” gig bag which came with the guitar, but the elongated headstock made a regular case too short. This case works great for the application. The only way it could be better would be to add a neck support, but I can add one to the case without difficulty.

I don't have a bass guitar, but I do use it for my Fender Jaguar and it fits in there fairly well! Quality is pretty good too. I bought this case because I didn't want to spend like $300 on the actual guitar case that fits my guitar. So this case was a perfect substitute from paying that for my guitar haha

Fit the body almost perfectly--pretty much like a glove. And the handle is placed just right for a nice balance when carrying it. Too many cases are front or back heavy. This one isn't.

solidly built and more compact than rectangular hardshell case. the bass could be fitted a bit better inside, the frame that holds the neck seems a little high. but overall solid and reasonably priced.
