First of all, we need to look at this from a different angle. These are bluetooth headphones that come with a DAC with integrated battery. So for the price you get 2 things , first the modular headphones, then a dac with lossless passthrough at 1.5mbps 44.1khz @16 bit. The connection is solid and bluetooth life is huge. But here's the kicker, even on the go, the dac has 30hours battery, has a 3.5mm jack input and easely plugs in laptop, dongle/iphone or android etc... That mean High res cd quality from apple music or tidal. But the dac only works with aiaiai headphones wireless headband. But for me, being able to have 16 hours of lossless at home and that wirelessly, it's a clear win. Sound quality is on the high side, but it's because of the s05 speakers. With the S02 modular speakers, bass is more present, its about 120cad for a set. That means on demand, change the sound signature of the headset.

good for wearing extended times. no wires rule the day. very comfortable. love the Blu-tooth connectivity and mic. very expensive but worth it. make sure to update firmware.
