Seymour Duncan SDBR-1 Duckbucker Strat Neck Pickup - Cream

The Duckbucker is a single-coil sized humbucker designed to be wired in parallel to give you a vintage, sparkly, single-coil tone without any hum. Its unique, split-pole pattern, with three pole pieces on each coil, also contributes to the single-coil bounciness and snappy low end.

As a neck pickup, the Duckbucker is great for all types of clean rhythm playing. The Duckbucker is also a popular middle pickup, especially in between two higher-output pickups (as in the Everything Axe Loaded Pickguard), for that Strat "quack" in positions 2 and 4.

Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the Duckbucker for Strat uses a ceramic bar magnet, comes with a 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is wax potted for squeal-free operation.
