Description

The Gibson Headstock Tuner precisely tunes guitars, basses, and other stringed instruments by analyzing string vibration instead of sound. Question: how to change battery

Answer: There is a little tray that pulls out and you can put a CR2 battery in it.

I clipped this on every possible part of my guitar and oriented it every way I could, and it continuously failed to detect certain strings being plucked. I tried plucking harder which offers a slight improvement in pitch detection, but it's not how I would naturally pick while playing. This is not a reliable device for quick, discrete, and accurate tuning sessions. Perhaps mine was defective but I don't believe so.
