Bach's great monument, The Art of Fugue has been transcribed by Ralph Sauer for Four Part Trombone Ensemble. Volume 3 contains four Contrapuncti 10, 11, 12 & 12b.
Although playable by a Quartet, the Fugues may be performed by a larger ensemble with the included optional divisi. Playable by advanced performers, any of these Fugues could be a major part of any Trombone recital or concert.
