Une micro-couche de revêtement EXP est collée sur le fil de bronze phosphoreux qui est ensuite enroulé sur le fil central en forme d'hexagone. Le résultat est une barrière intégrée contre la corrosion et l'usure qui peut rapidement saper la vie de vos cordes et de votre son. Les cordes EXP ont une sensation naturelle de Round Wound et une sonorité extra-brillante qui dure trois à quatre fois plus longtemps que les cordes de guitare traditionnelles. Worst strings period

These are probably the worst sounding strings I've ever bought. I bought two packs, one for my OM and one for my dreadnought. Within a couple of hours of play both guitars sounded deader than plucking yarn across a plywood board. I changed my dreadnought back to regular EJ16s immediately and kept them on the OM out of interest. They have a dull, spongy sound that is completely the opposite of my normally lively OM.l If you are looking for coated strings Elixer is the way to go.

Just finished putting these strings on my Seagull Rustic Entourage, worth the extra money just for the tone. If I get more use out them than regular strings before having to change, "Bonus".

They went really dead after limited bursts of playing. $7 ej16's sound way better, and cheaper.

Can't Handle Much More Than a Dozen Retunings

These are beautiful sounding strings but they aren't for anyone who bounces around in open and standard tunings. They break real easy after about a dozen or so big move tunings. Interestingly enough, the EXP Mandolin strings do the same thing.

last 3x longer than normal i prefer these over elixer i have tried every kind of strings out there and dadarrio phospher bronze are the best non-coated string 3packs for under $20w/tax coated are 12.99per pk either way da'darrio are the best acoustic & mandolin string made
