These flat wounds are smooth playing and eliminate string screech when playing bar chords. I use them on my hollow body guitars and which our local store stocked them.

Adds a classic beauty to any guitar's sound. Works particularly well with P90 pickups. They're not tremendously easy to bend but that is mostly to do with the heavier gauge.
