TriplePlay Express is Fishman's latest MIDI Guitar Controller that easily connects to nearly any computer or tablet device for recording, transcribing or creating new sounds. TriplePlay MIDI Guitar Controllers have proven to be the most accurate and responsive way to convert your guitar playing into usable MIDI data for integration into your audio workflow. TriplePlay Express connects easily to your DAW via USB-C, providing power and multi-channel MIDI data over a single, modern cable. Q & A
Question: I'm interested in the Fishman triple play however the utility shows as Apple or Windows. I am more comfortable in the Linux world can it function with the likes of The Ardour DAW. The utility appears to be used to flash settings to the controller however does it serve other functions within the DAW that would render it useless with linux

Answer: This will work with any DAW that has MIDI functionality.
The secondary utility may not work in Linux.
There is no documentation to say one way or the other.
