Description
The AB 220 is a clean boost circuit with a maximum of +20db of gain at full rotation. It features two detented positions, the first at +8db and the second at +15db.
The AB 220 is perfect for increasing the signal of your clean tone or pushing a tube amp into overdrive. This is a great option for players looking to maximize their output for leads. When the control is turned all the way down (counter-clockwise) it is in bypass mode. It can operate on a single 9 volt battery and can be easily installed in any guitar or bass with active or passive pickups.
The AB 220 does not function as a tone or volume, it is a boost control only.
