Great stand, but you really should tighten the bolts/screws when you bring it home, otherwise things will be flopping all over the place. Looks great against a wood floor and an acoustic, if you're into that sort of thing. Like the other reviewer my pet also chewed the foam, he's very keen on the stand it seems.

This guitar stand is a very practical guitar accessory. It's a small, light, foldable stand that does the job nicely. Everywhere I gig I get compliments and inquiries as to were I bought it. I really like it.
