Behringer Modulation and Sequencer Eurorack Module

It's one giant step for modulation! The Behringer STEPS is a Eurorack format six-stage function generator that can be configured in various ways to generate different types of modulation.

STEPS is capable of creating intricate LFO waveshapes, sequences and envelopes to name a few. The 6-stage envelope broken down into smaller and smaller segments and these can be as complex as you want them to be.

How can you get single or grouped segments you ask? It's all in how you patch STEPS. Patching a signal into one of the gate inputs of STEPS groups any gate to the right of it into the envelope. For example, if you patch into gate 3, then gates 4, 5 and 6 are included, creating a 4-stage envelope. Patching into gate 6 will give you a single segment envelope or you can go crazy and patch into all 6 gates and output them to any module of your choice to create six single stage envelopes. You can even chain 6 STEP modules together to get a whopping 36 segments to experiment with incredible and super complex envelopes.
