The NUVOBand B-flat CLARINET is approximately half the weight of a traditional clarinet and produces a satisfying mellow tone. The patented body design and keys are constructed from a strong engineering polymer, blended specifically for a high strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining good acoustic properties. It has a soft-touch, adjustable silicone thumb rest for added comfort and the padded carrying case holds the instrument in just 2 pieces, making it quick and easy to assemble and pack away.

The included NUVOBand mouthpiece is a standard size with a quick release, built-in ligature for fast reed positioning. You can use Nuvo's synthetic reeds or any other standard B-flat CLARINET cane reeds. The barrel is designed to accommodate any standard size B-flat clarinet mouthpiece.

The package also includes the KIO (Keep it Out) wall hanger so you can hang your CLARINET on the wall for easy access whenever you feel in the mood for a quick practice.

The NUVOBand CLARINET is 100% waterproof making it easy to keep it clean. The NUVOBand B-flat CLARINET is the perfect practice instrument, suitable for beginning band programs and for all ages up to intermediate level.

Two synthetic reeds and a cane reed are included with your CLARINET. The mouthpiece has been cut with a wide A-style throat to give a less resistant feel and a responsive and loud tone. You can also use your favourite other-brand mouthpiece.
