This combination of fast synth tracking and a tremolo system makes for incredible sonic power and delivers it in a very user-friendly, eye-pleasing package. Exquisitely playable with surprising resonance and a vibrant natural tone, the LGXT pairs an ergocut mahogany neck with a sleek and smooth ebony fingerboard and a silverleaf maple body topped by figured maple. The LGXT has dual Seymour Duncan humbuckers-a Jazz II in the neck position and a Duncan-modified Custom Custom in the bridge position; a Godin exclusive. The custom RMC X-Bridge fires the piezo transducer output and the excellent synth-tracking system.

Unless I am playing metal with lots of dive-bombs, this is my go-to-guitar (and I have 10). This guitar is about versatility and quality. Sounds and play great through my tube amps, as well as the GR-55. Pickups sound good and are versatile. They don't clean up as good as my strat's. Neck joint is solid but a bit bulky.

Product ExperienceI've tried it

I owned one for years and loved it. Amazing neck and the pickups were outstanding. No need for any upgrades at all and the workmanship was top notch. I have since sold it and bought a Gibson Les Paul but now have sellers remorse and will be getting my hands on one soon and selling the LP Stays in tune forever, very versatile A++ product... if this had another name on the headstock you would be paying 2-3K
