The Gus G. Tone Asylum features 7 amps and 6 pedals from Gus's personal collection - each meticulously captured to his exact live and studio specs. This collection delivers the ultimate metal tone arsenal from searing lead tones based on his favorite amps, like the Blackstar® HT5 Metal and Blackstar® St. James 6L6, to the brutal gain of his Blackstar® Series 200 Blackfire signature amp.

Several classic metal amps based on legendary models like the ENGL® Powerball®, 5150 III, MESA Engineering® TRIPLE RECTIFIER®, and Marshall® JCM 2000 TSL60 - are also included. They are all fine-tuned for articulation, speed and power.

Gus G. uses a range of overdrive and distortion pedals to shape his signature sound. For this collection, he carefully captured his favourites as individual stomps to use with real or modeled amps and in front of his main amps to create complex captures that enhance attack, saturation and sustain. Six pedals are featured based on a J. Rockett® Archer, Crazy Tube Circuits® Speed Demon by Gus G., BBE® Green Screamer Signature, BOSS® SD-1, Blackstar® Dept. 10 and a custom-built Crazy Tube Circuits® Fire & Fury.
