Question: Will these string blocks work with the locking system on my ibanez prestige s series guitar(lo-pro bridge)?

Answer: The Ibanez Lo-Pro bridge is not a Floyd Rose product.

These blocks are only for use with a Floyd Rose Original trem system.

You will need to source original Ibanez parts. Speak to you local store about ordering.
