Great bass, especially for the price! P-Bass body and Jazz style neck make it super comfortable to play. Colour looks much better in person, pictures don't really capture the beautiful sheen of the lake placid blue. Finish is amazing, especially on the neck. The fretboard is surprisingly well made, although it doesn't quite feel or look like rosewood, not sure if that's just the particular piece of wood they used for my bass or if these basses actually don't have rosewood fretboards. The strings that came with it aren't great, I replaced them almost immediately, but they are okay if you're just playing alone at home. My main complaint is that the bridge jazz pickup is a bit noisy, which isn't as noticeable when you are using both pickups, but if you're using just the bridge jazz pickup, it can be a problem, it's not a lot of noise, and if you have a full 4 band EQ you can use that to minimize some of the noise, but it still is a little annoying. Great bass overall, only minor issues, it's still definitely worth it for the tonal versatility you get, and most of the issues can be fixed fairly easily. Either way, I already favour this bass over some of the more expensive Fender basses I have just for the tone and the feel of it.
