A 'skeletonized' version of Schilke's standard trumpet mouthpieces, 'Z' Series mouthpieces offer a brighter tone and faster response compared to their standard counterparts.
Also featured is a tighter backbore than the standard 'a' backbore for slightly more resistance. Ideal for a commercial trumpet player looking for more high overtones or treble, the 'Z' model offers a bright sound with sizzle that will project and provide feedback in a big band or amplified setting.
