If you like and can use small picks, this one is awesome. I have all the versions of jazz 3's and this one is my favorite. You can't drop this pick unless you flick it away. This is hands down the fastest pick I own, it just won't bind up on the cross picking, it flies. For fast alternate picking it's a Porsche, speedy. The carbon fiber makes it really stiff and adds a little abrasive scratchiness to the feel, kinda like a bow on a violin string. I love this pick and recommend it highly. As with all small picks it's not great for big strumming and cowboy chords, but for metal and alternate picking it's a champ.
