Great stand; sturdy and stable. Too high for the way I play cajon, and I tend to lean back a lot. It IS the perfect height if you play with a djembe (in its own stand). I find my Headliner bongos (with Fiberskyn heads) compliment the tones of my Remo Apex quite well. This stand, at its lowest height, makes a funky little set. At its highest adjustment, you can almost play standing up, but your back might hate you.

This is a well built stand that holds my bongos securely. Would have given a 5 star rating but I take issue that this is advertised as the perfect height for a cajon player. If you want your bongos closer to the height you would play them without a stand then you can not lower the stand enough. I cut 4 inches off the stand with a pipe cutter and find it more "perfect".
