This drum features a hand-selected Kurilian Birch exotic veneer. Known for its chaotic, swirling, and deeply figured grain patterns, no two of these shells look exactly alike. DW's master artisans have elevated this gorgeous wood with a striking Natural to Candy Black Burst high-gloss lacquer. The center of the drum highlights the warm, organic honey tones of the raw birch, which beautifully shifts into a rich, translucent candy black gradient toward the hoops.
