A totally new kind of tone bar. Carved from an ingot of highest quality 440 stainless steel, each bar is heat treated to 60 Rockwell hardness before being cryogenically frozen to -300 degrees to remove all construction stresses. Experience unbelievable sustain!
The John Pearse® Pedal Steel Thermo-cryonic™ tone bar weighs 8.1 oz. and is 3-1/4 inches long by 7/8 inches in diameter.
Available in either the "Long John", "Big Daddy"™, Pedal Steel or Hawaiian/Lap Steel configuration...and the Debashish Bhattacharya "Hindustani" Slide.
