I’ve owned it for two years. D below middle C died. Random velocity extremes. Strange midi commands triggering by itself. Switch lights that will not turn off or cancel . Its been in an established keyboard service for repairs for over a week. Poor responses from arturia. Good product but bad quality. Trouble response is vague and slow with extremely poor documentation to boot. They have to include marketing sell propaganda in their user manuals also. Vague instructions for operations . They tell you in general words what you must do but not exactly HOW to do it. I don’t recommend it.

I'm on my 2nd unit now in 3 years. First one had weird issues with the keyboard not doing what it's Midi Control Software was saying it was doing. Now my 2nd unit is acting up. Certain buttons not working, random midi info being sent if you press slightly on a fader. Layout and design of this thing are great, too bad the quality isn't there. I wouldn't recommend getting one.

The keyboard is very nice and super expressive (hammer-action Fatar keybed). No complaints with respect to the build quality and the quality of the hardware - these were the main reasons I opted for it. Given that it's still fairly new there aren't presets available for the popular DAWs. If you hunt around the user communities you'll likely find what you need (I'm happily running Ableton and Bitwig, but not without some effort) - this baby is worth it though. Lovely feel. For what it's worth, there's no DAW included in this package. The Analog Lab software is Soft-synth only - it has some gems but with 5000 sounds, you need to do a little digging to find them. Good value - lovely sounds and plenty to play with. I was able to get the Pianoteq and the UVI bonus instruments (first 1000 units). Pianteq's Steinway D4 piano is really nice - awesome bonus.
