Excellent instructional manual with cd backing for lessons. Standard notation as well as tab showing what frets are used.
Minor blues, major blues, slow blues, Chuck Berry style and many more.
When to use major or minor pentatonic scales over the 1, 4 or 5 chords.
Jam along to cd and pickup nuances from it that may not be explained. Change from right or left balance for subtle bass or rhythm tracks.
Book has short lessons as well as extended solos that you could use at a jam session and get a standing ovation as I have done.
