Dunlop confirms the Polish/Cleaner contains silicone (they're not specific, but probably dimethylsiloxane), which makes finish repair unusually difficult and expensive. Use it only on instruments for which you'd never do cosmetic work. I've used it on a cheaper, weather-checked guitar and it does work as well as most others.
I found the Bodygloss "Cream of Carnauba" unusable for multiple reasons. After a brisk shake, the bottle dispensed mostly liquid with lumps of wax - not an emulsion, not "cream" of anything. A long and vigorous shake didn't help. I spun my thinnest whisk in the bottle for about 20 minutes; no difference.
After applying the Bodygloss and letting it dry - which took much longer than the suggested "couple of seconds" - most of the wax flaked off the surface when it tried to polish it.
There also seems to be a scent of turpentine which I find troubling.
