This is so simple to use. Plug in a mic (or XLR feed) and then plug in a stereo mix and use the knobs to balance. This is also surprisingly versatile. Used in a situation where there was only one monitor send and multiple singers. Could have separate control of my mic in the monitor along with the general monitor send with independant control over the levels. The unit is built rock solid and sounds good which are a basic minimum for live use. For the price I would rate this a must have tool.
