Like with all modellers, the language can be a little tricky with this in the beginning, but once you get it dialled in it's a fantastic rack for all kinds of different applications. I use it for upright bass, fretless bass, fretted bass, guitar (acoustic and electric) and lap steel.
Paired with the FCB1010 foot controller this rig approaches limitless. There's also a Eureka! Prom upgrade for this that unlocks alot of the features making it even more versatile. I upgraded the prom at least two years ago and I still haven't figured it all out yet. hahaha
I've gigged with this unit for over four years now and it's been rock solid. The biggest recommendation would be to run it behind a really good power conditioner. It does make a huge difference in the tone as well as protecting the digital circuitry. I use it primarily as a live rig with a 4X10 bottom and a rack mounted power amp to drive it. Very clean, and it can be just about anything you need it to be.
