Answer: You would need to order double for the bottom. This is not a "SET". It is a quantity of 5 cymbal washers.

Cympads do not dampen the tone of your cymbals like felt does, instead it makes them bright and full sounding. It also prevents the resonant sound of the cymbal from escaping down your stand tubes which can create crazy overtones when recording.These things are a must have for any drummer! Bye Bye felts!
