The plastic screws used for leveling are plastic and strip quickly when screwed into the crooked hole. The height adjustment screw has nothing to screw into so it acts as a support pin. An actual support pin would have been fine if there were holes on both sides of the pole. Overall, the parts were not designed to fit together.

I have a pair of these and both my stands resonate on some low frequencies at high amplitude! Not something a producer wants in their studio!
