D'Addario Orchestral Pro Arte Violin Medium Tension Strings 4/4

Pro-Art synthetic core violin strings have a warm, mellow tone. They are less sensitive to humidity and temperature changes, and break in quickly. Pro-Art strings are designed at a lower tension in order to maximize bow response, tonal blend and playability, making them exceptional for use in small ensemble settings. Sized to fit 4/4 scale violin with a playing length of 13 inches (328mm), medium tension strings are optimized to the needs of a majority of players. The J5603S silver wound D string is available as a single string only, and is not part of the J56 string set.
