I bought this cymbal about a week ago exactly. I've said it before and I'll say it again; I'm a Sabian guy. But man, this is one nice crash. With the A Custom line Zildjian has really stepped up to the plate. I was looking specifically for a 15" crash for nefarious reasons such as having a weird setup I'm proud of to use as a main left side crash. I have a Sabian XS20 18" dbControl crash (which is essentially so thin and dark it sounds like it's 25" wide) and this thing works so beautifully alongside it, it's fantastic. Played in sequence or simultaneously, this crash is tonally compatible with anything I have on my set. It is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made. The only issue I have is that it's very thin and airy, so if you have very thick crashes on your kit you intend to play together with this one, you may want to look into a thicker 15" or even go up to a heavy 16". However this has stood up to as many blast beats as I can throw at it, and if it EVER breaks, I'm not replacing it with any other cymbal.
