The Limited Edition, 19-inch Armand Ride features a three-rivet cluster and Armand's favorite expression "Beautiful, Baby" printed on the cymbal below his laser engraved signature. It has a bright and musical, vintage "A sound" with focused stick definition, balanced wash and plenty of sizzle. Armand's favorite Ride sound.

I purchased one of these a number of years ago, and have found it an invaluable addition to my cymbal set It's way too soft for any kind of rock, even for most jazz. But I use it all the time for orchestral and band work, playing in musicals, and things where I need a nice, soft, swishy sound. I can do rolls on this with sticks that sound like a mallet roll on any other cymbal. And it has a nice, soft crash, balanced by a reasonably crisp ping. Very versatile.
