Love Love Love those picks. The Jazz III are awesome and help you effortlessly pick single notes and arpeggios, but add a larger plectra AND a bit of flex fro the 0.73 thickness and you have the perfect pick. They are pricey, but they won't wear out like a non-beveled edge pick.
