The Meinl Generation-X Jingle Filter China is made in Germany from FX9 alloy that produces an airy, modern sound effect. Equipped with 3 pairs of stainless steel jingles, this cymbal is a great accent piece for any style and also works perfectly in a stack configuration. Specially positioned cut out holes in the cymbal dry out the sound and shorten the sustain, giving it a trash effect. A waved edge adds dark, rich tones to the overall mix of the cymbal. It was developed in cooperation with renown drummer and Meinl cymbal artist, Thomas Lang.
