Description
This extremely light and compact straight stand features a flat base construction inspired by vintage cymbal stands of the 60's. Its deceivingly simple construction features a 9mm solid core upper rod and a fine gear tilter which allows for cymbal angle adjustments in as little as ten degree increments.

Being an older dude (73) and missing,with a passion the old days of lightweight easy to position flat based hardware stands.I have been lugging around double braced stands for what seems like centuries,! So with the gigging situation at a stand still I decided to grab a complete flat based cymbal stand setup...( Three straight stands).These are top shelf stands!,light but durable and what blows me away is I am able to position my ride stand in close to kick and floor tom and with either my 20" or 22" cymbal this stand holds up to the job fantastic....very little sway even as I'm laying into it......I am now going to order a slight boom stand along with a snare stand.....perhaps a hihat stand
as well.I am extremely pleased with my purchase as well as being treated with much respect and honesty from my salesman..Doug....Been a customer at L & M since 1970....

I used to lug around heavy, bulky boom stands all the time. The reliability of bulletproof hardware is amazing but oh boy is it terrible for lugging around to gigs.
Bought a set of these and my gig hardware is about 1/4 the size and weight with zero loss in features. Couldn't recommend these enough id you're tired of hauling hockey bags ans hardware cases full of heavy stands.
