Description

The SD330 was designed by Todd Sucherman of Styx. These sticks are similar to a 5B, but with a modified acorn-shaped tip. This stick is great if you like a large diameter, but light weight.
• Maple is a lighter wood allowing for a larger diameter stick without extra weight, ideal for precision and subtlety.
• Diameter: .600" Length: 16"
• Acorn wood tip provides a dark tone and is ideal for acoustic performance
• Long thin neck for a fast and responsive rebound
• All ProMark Drumsticks are designed and manufactured in the USA to the most stringent quality controls in the industry

I started using this stick after seeing an online clinic with Sucherman - they are great if you like a chunkier stick but they are also very light which is ideal for me. They do tend to chew up easier than the hickory ones I used to use but that's the only bad thing I would say about these. A bit pricey but I find them well worth it.
