Description
Designed for 14" snare drums, the Concert Series snare wire has 12 strands of specially formulated stainless steel alloy for subtle snare response without choking out the sound of the drum. The snares may be mounted by strap or string.

Amazing wires, and don't let the name put you off, these will drastically improve the sound of ANY snare drum. I haven't tried the 12 strand version, but the 16 strand give me the perfect balance of snare and drum shell. I have them fitted to a C&C Player Date 1 (mahogany) snare, which was transformed after fitting these. I've tried the majority of Puresound wires, and these are my favourite so far, more refined and less aggressive. Highly recommended.
