This jack should be standard equipment in EVERY guitar ever made, it's literally a crucial contact point in your signal chain from your guitar to the amp. Your album sales will increase by 5% because of the lack of cracks and pops in your recorded guitar tracks because you used one of these jacks. Don't think, just get it, install it, and bask in the awesomeness.
