Description

Joe Bonamassa sure makes this sound great, but of course mxr designed it for him......anyway, great EQ flexability, but to me, the distortion/overdrive sound is very hard, not smooth like i was hoping.
i've also tried stacking other OD's before it and after it and the FD just doesn't get along with any of them.
i keep having this notion that swapping out part of the circuit with some kind of germanium magic would make this thing really sing.
