If you are equipped with a double humbucker guitar save your money. This tone capsule is really effective on Strats and Teles, allowing them to achieve RF's signature sound. If you have a Blues Artist amp, and have a humbucker pickup guitar, you don't need this. Very effective on single coils which Robben Ford used when they designed this. Gives them a great jazzy feel and sound, as I've tried it on my Strat and Tele. My Gretsch 6120 however, sounds too much like a bass, instead of a jazz/fusion guitar. This is why I gave it a 3.5 rating. Too much tweaking involved to get a good sound if you have a double humbucker. For single coils you're off and running with this!
