I have 10 guitars, electric and acoustic. I have put L&M strings on both. I can't tell which guitars have the L&M strings on them and which ones don't. To me, they are just as good as anything. They sound good, stay in tune and last. I'm buying more of these.

These strings are more than adequate. They stay in tune, sound good and I haven't broken one yet. I used to pay extra for brand name and I'm not sure why. I would rather invest that money in equipment. Just thought I'd share my dirty little secret 🤙

I also had problems with the strings breaking after a very short use, but found the problem was not the strings, but the Tonepros blade type bridge. That's where the strings always broke. The two guitars I have with that type of bridge have now been changed to roller bridges...problem solved. String last a very long time now, not to mention that the greater contact point on the roller bridge gives both guitars a much fuller and better resonance and tone.

I was quite shocked to see such a negative review. I have been using these strings for many years now, only recently to have tried others brands.
These strings are fine especially for the hobbyist as I play daily. They hold their own just fine. I usually change strings 2X a month and I also have 4 guitars. That can get costly. For $5.00 you really can't go wrong. They are not great, they are not bad. They are OK....which reminds me...I need to buy some.

Got two packs. Both packs came with at least one string that instantly broke the moment we laced it up.
