It works just fine and the quality is pretty good.. As expected for the price. My only complaint is the base is large. Unnecessarily big. Assuming most people would use this stand for snare or tom drum, and if so, if you're in the slightest of tight space you're going to find the base is annoyingly big. It gets in the way of other stands, I had to use a circular base stand for the overhead because this stand takes up way too much space. Otherwise, it works fine.

Nice little stand, versatile general design, but the turn clutches are made of a cheap metal that strips quickly, then you have to get out the gaff tape. I've had this about 3 years and used it quite sporadically in light use indoor situations. I thought I was being careful; not over tightening the clutches, but it failed spectacularly. Too expensive for the level of quality.

I've had this stand for almost 3 years and it still works great as long as I'm the only one to set it up.
People unfamiliar with the different adjustment mechanisms can damage their functioning.

Well I wish they could be a bit cheaper being that there's so much less material to them... But I guess they know people will buy them. They're just SO handy, and yeah, these are built well enough to last quite some time. I've had a couple for 3 years now that work perfect still.
