Yeah. Don't buy this thing. Its EXTREMELY light weight, the arm slowly falls with a mic on it, even a relatively light one, and its extremely short. It also doesn't balance at ALL. Even if you have the arm extended over a leg, it wobbles over to one side. Its honestly hot garbage. I'd return it, if returns were being accepted right now, but since they aren't, I'm out. Its trash. Please don't buy it.

I've had this stand for almost 3 years and it still works great as long as I'm the only one to set it up. People unfamiliar with the different adjustment mechanisms can damage their functioning.

I've had it one year and the bottom section broke. It wasn't abused or stepped on, just poor quality.

Well I wish they could be a bit cheaper being that there's so much less material to them... But I guess they know people will buy them. They're just SO handy, and yeah, these are built well enough to last quite some time. I've had a couple for 3 years now that work perfect still.
