The MEINL Djembe Stand was designed to firmly hold any djembe in the traditional playing position. A nylon
strap is secured around the drum and two rubber padded u-shaped hooks slide into the bottom of the shell. It
can be angled, and is fully height adjustable.

Product Experience I own it

While better than some Djembe drum stands this is by no means rigid. It does hold it in place and does NOT allow the drum to walk, it does allow the drum to flex on the stand. I don't believe this style of drum stand can be made that will NOT flex while playing.
